Add docs search for the help section and remove code search

I think it would be great if we could add docs search to the help section while also removing the code search component from the help section.

It was confusing to me when using the help site to have a search bar at the top of the page that wasn't for documentation. First couple of times I needed to search, I typed into the Code search element without thinking, as I presumed the search field was for the help content. I type quickly so I didn't see the Search code... place holder text.

In any case, the lack of docs search in the help section is frustrating, as you have to open a new window/tab, type the docs URL, then search.

This could also cause issues if the user doesn't ensure they're looking at the right version of documentation.
