Sorry but I find it confusing to understand if self hosted version of sourcegraph is free or not?

I see it has apache2 license (https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph#license) that means it should be free if we host in my infra but at the same time the pricing page says it is free only for 10 users. https://about.sourcegraph.com/pricing

I am planning to host it under our private infrastructure (on-prem version) and expect upto 5-10k users (non-enterprise version) with LDAP or SSO. Can you please clarify we are allowed to use it?
