Make Audit Logs Managable

OS audit logs are currently extremely verbose and chunky. We should pare down the logs we ingest into stackdriver to only include the information we care about. Otherwise, we're going to burn money on stackdriver & elastic as we keep ingesting logs that aren't useful to us.
