Autocomplete options in external service `"repos"` option are confusing

Steps to reproduce:
- go to the "add an external service" page
- add a
"repos"option - hit cmd-space for autocomplete, notice that autocomplete options aren't appropriate:
What I really needed to see here was the documentation when I hovered on the "repos" field:
