Add consistent dropdown open/close behavior

Dropdown carets on the navigation bar need to works in the same way.

Currently, we have different behaviors across our dropdown buttons. The idea is to add the caret position update for any dropdown there.

Having different behaviors on the product affects the quality and the UX.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

An alternative considered was never updated the caret position.
