Make basic Kibana Security Dashboard(s) to monitor the results of relevant security queries

In order to allow high level observation of our logs, we need Kibana dashboard to monitor and process the results of relevant security queries. Note that we are expressly not alerting on the data returned by these dashboards yet, since we're still working to refine how we query our logs (#17053 (closed)).

The process of this work will require building additional queries not covered in #17053 (closed)
