Browser extension should communicate state when public code could be indexed/is not indexed

It's not very straightforward for me to figure out how to add my own open-source code on sourcegraph.com. I have the browser extension installed and it just doesn't work on my repo.

We should communicate how to clone it / perhaps even let you clone it from here?
