Add views for tracked_mappings and branch_mappings

The GetRewirerMappings store method has quite some complex SQL query. @LawnGnome suggested adding views for these two CTEs.

Since I have no experience with views and what's involved here, I picked the (probably) way too high estimate of 1d.
