In the cloud team retro we were talking about mechanisms to encourage smaller PRs, one of the patterns i've used before is having a bot that posts PRs to the team channel, along with an emoji that rates their size:
It might make more sense to have a #cloud-pr channel so the main team channel doesn't get clogged up with PRs too
