Analyze and fix a container vulnerability

Once #13551 (closed) has been completed we need to analyze the list of vulnerabilities, determine their relative priority and fix one vulnerability. As part of this the Security team will document the vulnerability life cycle and management process, producing an artifact in line with asks for ISO documents.
