Move the single container dogfood deployment to the dogfood k8s cluster

Having an entire cluster for this deployment should not be required, we can deploy this resource in its own namespace or even in separate nodes in the same cluster if required.

Tasks

• Deploy to new dogfood cluster
• Migrate database
• Migrate config
• Update DNS
• Update docs
• Remove old deployment
