Test and validate that lsif-clang works for C, Objective C

In our lsif-clang docs we currently state the following:

"This project has only been tested extensively on C++ projects, but C and Objective C projects should both be supported as well following the same instructions."

This issue is for testing effort to verify that lsif-clang works comprehensively for both C and Objective C. To complete this task we need to run lsif-clang against a minimum of 5 OSS repositories for each language (of various sizes) and report success rate and any issues.
