Frontend: Remove the concept of a top-level "draft campaign"

• Adopt mutation name changes
• Add button to publish all remaining patches
• Remove the Campaign.publishedAt field
  • Draft campaigns don't exist anymore
  • Remove badges
  • Make create form only create "normal" campaigns
