  • updated areas of ownership broken down into different domains and move to a separate document
  • operation rotation working agreement and engineer on rotation responsibilities
  • update to team's members' section with new hires and their starting dates
  • update to contact section with more details about how to ask for help and where to track the status of your request
  • main page structure changes
