Add new onboarding process for web teammates

Our onboarding process up until now has been fairly ad hoc, with the only structure being the barebones checklists in general onboarding and engineering onboarding.

This introduces a more intentional & structured onboarding process, with clearer expectations around:

  • what the new teammate will deliver
  • the mindset we value (ownership, empowerment, flexibility, urgency)
