Remove Sourcegraph Cloud option

Stakeholders: Alex Isken, Andy S & Fabiana What? Change CTA's and direct traffic to self-hosted option and remove cloud as an option. Why? There are changes to Sourcegraph Cloud that need to reflect on the marketing platform. The name will be removed from sourcegraph.com, as well as personal code+teams from sourcegraph.com.

The /get-started page offers Sourcegraph Cloud as an option for devs to connect their code. We'll need to either drop Sourcegraph Cloud as an option or make it clear that sourcegraph.com is only for searching OSS code (and the name will change, TBD on that).

Desired release date: Thursday 30 June

Approved changes:

1. Change Get Started CTA (on homepage and header) to link to https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started/self-hosted
2. Redirect all traffic from https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started/ to https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started/self-hosted
3. Remove 'Deployment options' on https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started/self-hosted
4. Change the "Learn about self-hosted vs Cloud features" CTA on the homepage to "Learn more about self-hosted" and link it to /self-hosted

1 and 2 might seem redundant but I'm not sure if redirects have an impact on tracking, so I prefer we change it. The redirect on 2 is intended for other content that links to /get-started
