Audit for + add missing special blog posts

Stakeholders: Community team What: Blog /go/liveblogging-gophercon-2019 wasn't ported over from the old repo. Please bring it back in. Audit any other missing special blogposts from replatform pre-merge. (SHA 2a1acb41efcb9f38ee1937f94d8b4b6fce809d0e or older). These posts would have migrated to the new blog format, but due to that being deprioritised, these posts now need to be ported over. Why? These blogposts generated a. lot of traffic, and with the upcoming GopherCon conference end of July, the team anticipate searches will increase.
