Change podcast og images

Beyang recently published two new podcasts and asked if we can update the images for each.

The https://about.sourcegraph.com/podcast/ravi-parikh and https://about.sourcegraph.com/podcast/max-howell blog post social image needs to be updated to preview card for the YouTube video.

Can we do this for all existing blog posts WITHOUT an illustration? Blog posts with an image should show that as the social image, and blog posts without an image should show the YouTube preview card. We are dependent on receiving the card image though.
