Test Ceros embed

The Demand Gen team would like to test Ceros embeds before the pilot closes on May 6th. https://sourcegraph.slack.com/archives/C02PSJF0QLU/p1650405475215689

Includes:

  • Create two test pages with a template using our standard header and footer for each of the two embeds below.
  • URL's: /ceros-microcontent and /ceros-full-page-takeover
  • We can use the branch testing env to provide staging links, no need to deploy to production
