Docusaurus has been chosen as our docs tool for the Wildcard Component Library. The tool will be used for any person who wants to add information about our WCL. The main goal is to have a single source of information to consult how to use the components following design guidelines and best practices.

Docusaurus needs a particular configuration and packages since the docs will be live on the same level as the wildcard package.
