simplify Area and AreaHeader styles

Administrator requested to merge simplify-area-styles into master

  • Use Bootstrap tabs, not custom tabs
  • Use Bootstrap utility classes

Essentially no visual change, except for a slight change to tab styling (that brings them in line with standard Bootstrap tabs).
