This should resolve some issues we are seeing with terminal detection that causes users of lib/output to hang when running in Buildkite environments - thanks to @jlisee for finding this: https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/38694#issuecomment-1182731597

I will follow up with a patch to src-cli

Test plan

I've removed the ForceDarkBackground workaround in Buildkite - if the sg lint step renders correctly, then the patch has worked.
