JetBrains: Use new Sourcegraph icon

Also replaced the png icons with an svg icon.

Tested:
- The icons in the context menus
- The icon in the Search with Sourcegraph popup header
- The icon in Preferences | Plugins | Marketplace
- The icon in the standalone version
All look good.
