It's been 2 weeks since we added deprecation notices (https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/35270), this change removes generate.sh and all related references, since it looks like sg generate has parity with generate.sh already. Closes https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/25441
