Crucial line wrong from language specific extension docs page

Spent way too long trying to figure out how this was controlled, as it was not clear to me that "activationEvents" + unsubscribables weren't enough to do this. The docs were wrong (IMO) because the title is a "language specific extension" but this button shows up everywhere as written now. Would suggest this clarification!
