Add query builder to search page

Adds a query builder component to the main search page. This helps educate users on our search syntax by showing the key search keywords that are available. The available keywords change depending on the type of search chosen (text/commit/diff/symbol). No binding with the main query input in this version, so behaves like Chromium code search
