clean up NavLinks for unauthed users

When you're not signed in, the NavLinks has unnecessary items:

  • The external link icon is not necessary for About/Help. It just adds noise.
  • Help -> Docs
  • Remove Extensions. It's not important enough to put there. (It's not there for signed-in users even.)
