Tracking issue - Deploy-Sourcegraph-Docker compatibility with latest Podman

Some orgs require the use of Podman to orchestrate containers, in theory because Podman supports running docker-compose.yaml files Deploy-Sourcegraph-Docker should be possible to deploy and manage via podman.

While this is possible in theory we do not currently test our deployment against podman and as such it is not considered a supported deployment option.

This issue is to track some feasibility testing for podman support
