Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to your Profile Settings, then "Your Repositories", then "Manage Repositories" -- https://sourcegraph.com/users/<username>/settings/repositories/manage
2. Check "Sync selected repositories" to see the checklist of repositories available to the user

Expected behavior:

1. The checkboxes in this checklist should align vertically with the text content to its right.
2. The "Sync specific public repositories by URL" checkbox under the "Other public repositories" on the same page should also align vertically with the text content to its right.
