[Accessibility Audit] Batch Changes: Edit and re-execute a batch spec from the web GUI (with server-side execution)

Steps to replicate journey
Taken from the user journey list document. Use this for further context.
Note: This workflow is in the process of changing, please take a look at the user journey list document to confirm the journey matches this issue. If the following steps no longer work, please update both this issue and the document to reflect the updated steps.
- Follow the workflow to view the changesets for an open batch change
- Click “Edit” in the top right
- Use the built-in editor to edit your batch spec file
- (Note: it doesn’t currently auto-save, again)
- Click “Preview Workspaces” on the right panel
- Wait for preview resolution to complete
- Verify the list of workspaces and changesets to import matches what you want and correct any problems with your batch spec if necessary
- Click “Run batch spec” in the top right

Note: We are planning on arranging thorough third-party audit in the future, so our focus here is just to find the majority of accessibility issues. Don't worry if you feel you haven't found 100% of potential issues, it is better to focus on the core essentials to complete the journey rather than spending lots of time going through every possible problem.
