insights: frontend creation form UI regression on pill treatment

The repo: archived: and fork: filter help text on creating a search based insight seems to have a new pill treatment (assuming as a result of capture group forms or the search box work) and it looks:
- Like it’s missing padding on both light and dark themes – is the color supposed to cut off that close to the edge of the text?
- [Blocker] Unreadable on dark theme.
- It also seems like the corner rounding / border radius is a bit much, though maybe that's just a visual side effect of the actual issue with the padding
