Things that we should add to the changelog for the 3.35 release

• Capture group insights
• Setting migration complete (A few things to mention here
  • New visibility system for insights (moved from insights visibility to dashboard visibility)
  • Should we mention the rollback flag for our old setting-based API?
  • A lot of changes in GQL API about insightViews
• Monaco editor in the creation UI
