Remove old commit/diff search path

The old commit/diff search path does not work anymore with streaming repos anyways, so there is no use waiting to remove it. It is currently unused both for sourcegraph.com and for enterprise installs because the feature flag that toggles old/new commit/diff search is enabled by default.
