Fuzzy finder: triggering `Cmd+P` while the fuzzy finder is active opens Print modal

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open URL https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph@main
2. Trigger Cmd+P to open fuzzy file finder
3. Trigger Cmd+P again

Expected behavior:

I expected nothing to happen, same as when VS Code does nothing when you activate Cmd+P twice in a row.

Actual behavior:

The browser's print modal opens on step 3.
