Mark version contexts as deprecated

Only two enterprise customers are still using version contexts, and want to migrate them to search contexts instead. We do not want new enterprise customers to use version contexts. As such, we should mark the feature as deprecated, and communicate that the feature will be removed altogether in a future release (we should confirm with CE what that release should be)
