Visual grouping and ordering of user repos

It would be nice if it was obvious in the user repo list page which repos were user owned and which were "other" public repos.

We could do this with an indicator or even display them in two separate groups. @quinnkeast Any ideas?

Also, @abeatrix raised that the general ordering of the repos seemed random. Maybe we should order them alphabetically at least?
