Copy adjustments to "Manage repositories" view

Problem

In hallway testing, there was a bit of uncertainty around which repositories would appear in the list of repositories from connected code hosts (only your own, those from organizations you belong to, those you collaborate on, etc).

Solution

Copy adjustments to "Manage repos" view to improve clarity. In the following screenshot, I've highlighted the copy lines that have differences from the current UI:

I'm not 100% certain these changes are the final outcome, I'd like to make these changes and then continue to evaluate through further testing.
